Join George for a long ride every week, and get ahead of your training schedule and start building up the blocks for your cycling fitness, endurance and safety. You will learn race strategies and how to breathe. The indoor training allows you to train at very high intensity on stationary bike, so you can literally close your eyes and focus on the effort and intensity of each task. The constant pedaling will naturally train your legs optimizing your pedal stroke all 360 degree, not just up and down stroke.
*cycling shoes are strongly recommended
