This program will progress weekly and is taught by a certified Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor. Learn to utilize kettlebells safely and purposefully when incorporating them in to your workouts. Kettlebell Circuit - Ready to swing to the next level? Kettlebell movements will be combined with intervals or resistance exercises to give your entire body the workout it deserves.
